Boom! International Festival of Percussion presents

Drumscapes

Concert

3 Oct 2022

Past Event

Master drummer, David Jones, presents a solo concert experience.

Using his extensive drum kit, percussion, and electronic wavedrum, plus effects, David promises a mesmerising and animated journey through rhythms inspired by his everyday life.

Drumscapes is a celebration of music David hears in the environment – in the hum of machines that define his city life, and in the clink of a teaspoon stirring his morning coffee.

From the sounds of a fluttering butterfly to a roaring locomotive, David’s landscape of rhythms and effects will have you entranced one minute, body-drumming the next.

If you have access needs, please call the Box Office on 02 9061 5344 to book tickets.

Master drummer, David Jones, is often described as one of the most innovative and musical drummers in the world, a true virtuoso.
