IN-PERSON BOOKINGS
Our Box Office is open to the public from 12pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and one hour prior to all events. Please note the Box Office is not open to the public outside of these times.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are available for school bookings.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Box Office accepts credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.
TRANSACTION FEES
Bookings made online or over the phone generally incur a $6 transaction fee. Bookings made in person at the Box Office do not incur a transaction fee.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Exchanges are available until two hours before an event and in accordance with our terms and conditions. In most instances, exchanges incur a $5.50 exchange fee.
Refunds are available in accordance with our terms and conditions. In the event a refund is granted the Seymour may retain any fee it has charged, to the extent permitted by law.
CONCESSIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Concession tickets or otherwise discounted tickets are available for certain events. If you purchase one of these tickets, you should be prepared to present valid, corresponding ID at your event if requested by our staff.

PARENTS NSW VOUCHERS
As of 9 October 2022, the NSW Government’s Parents NSW vouchers program has ended and we can no longer accept Parents NSW vouchers for Seymour events.
DINE & DISCOVER VOUCHERS
As of 1 July 2022, the NSW Government’s Dine & Discover program has ended and we can no longer accept Discover vouchers for Seymour events.
LOST TICKETS
Replacement tickets can be issued by the Box Office in the hour prior to your event, when ID is presented. We will not replace lost tickets purchased from an unauthorised seller or a reseller.
