Bookings made in person at the Box Office do not attract a transaction fee.

DINE & DISCOVER VOUCHERS
As part of the NSW Government’s Dine & Discover program, we are now accepting Discover vouchers for all Seymour shows.
Vouchers can only be redeemed when booking online, and to redeem, you’ll need to select your show, choose your seat/s and log into your Seymour account, then select the voucher redemption button and enter the eight- or nine-digit alphanumeric code found on your voucher.
In accordance with the Dine & Discover T&Cs, only one voucher can be used per transaction. Vouchers can be redeemed until 31 July 2021, but can be used to book tickets for any current or upcoming Seymour show, regardless of dates.
Vouchers can only be redeemed for show tickets and cannot be used at our food and beverage outlets.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds are not provided except in accordance with our terms and conditions.
In the event a refund is granted the Seymour may retain any fee it has charged, to the extent permitted by law.
Exchanges may be possible for certain performances. Please contact the Box Office for further information.
Replacement tickets can be issued by the Box Office on the day of performance when ID is presented.
