IN-PERSON BOOKINGS

Visit the Box Office one hour prior to all events. Please note the Box Office is not open to the public outside of these times.

Call the Box Office from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, on 02 9061 5344. Our team will help secure the best seats for you.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are available for school bookings.

PAYMENT METHODS

The Box Office accepts credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.

TRANSACTION FEES

Bookings made online or over the phone generally incur a $6 transaction fee. Bookings made in person at the Box Office do not incur a transaction fee. 

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Exchanges are available until two hours before an event and in accordance with our terms and conditions. In most instances, exchanges incur a $5.50 exchange fee.

Refunds are available in accordance with our terms and conditions. In the event a refund is granted the Seymour may retain any fee it has charged, to the extent permitted by law.

DISCOUNTS

Concession and group discounts are available for certain events. Please check your event page for further details.

PARENTS NSW VOUCHERS 

As part of the NSW Government’s Parents NSW vouchers program, we accept Parents NSW vouchers for all Seymour events. 

Vouchers can only be redeemed when booking online, and to redeem, you’ll need to select your event, choose your seat/s and log into your Seymour account, then select the red 'Redeem Parents NSW vouchers' button (not the 'promo code' field), and enter the code found on your voucher.

Multiple Parents NSW vouchers can be used per transaction, up to a total transaction amount of $250. Vouchers can be redeemed until 11:59pm on 9 October 2022, but can be used to book tickets for any current or upcoming Seymour event, regardless of dates.

Vouchers can only be redeemed for event tickets and cannot be used at our food and beverage outlets.

DINE & DISCOVER VOUCHERS 

As of 1 July 2022, the NSW Government’s Dine & Discover program has ended and we can no longer accept Discover vouchers for Seymour events.

LOST TICKETS

Replacement tickets can be issued by the Box Office in the hour prior to your event, when ID is presented. We will not replace lost tickets purchased from an unauthorised seller or a reseller.
