How can I find out about upcoming shows at the Seymour?

YOUR VISIT

When do the foyers open?
Our foyers open one hour prior to the start time of each show.

When do the doors to the theatre open?
The doors open 10 to 15 minutes prior to the start time of each show.

Can I photograph or film a show?

Filming and photography is prohibited for most shows. Please check your show's event page for further details.

I lost something at the venue. What do I do?

Lost property is collected and held at Stage Door. Please call 02 9351 7944 or email stagedoor@seymour.sydney.edu.au to check if your property has been found.

 

BOOKING INFORMATION

I lost my ticket. What do I do?

Visit the Box Office in the hour prior to your show. Present your ID and once we have verified that it matches your lost tickets, we will print replacement tickets for you.

My show has been cancelled. What do I do?

Very occasionally, circumstances require us to cancel a show. In this event, the Box Office will contact you to advise of the refund procedure.
