Anusha Thomas

Actor, The Lost Boys

Anusha is of South Indian descent and grew up in a culture rich in music and storytelling. In 2022, she earned a Diploma of Musical Theatre from NIDA.

Anusha made her theatrical debut in May 2023 in the world premiere of "Metropolis" by Little Eggs Collective at Hayes Theatre Co. She played the roles of The Drowned One/Futura & Others and served as the Dance Captain.

Currently, she is part of the cast for the world premiere of "The Dismissal" produced by Squabbalogic.

Anusha has participated in workshops for other new works, such as "Jungle Hideaway" (Yunyu & David Elfick) in October 2022, where she played the role of Asura. She was also involved in "The Lost Boys" by Little Eggs Collective in June 2023.

In July 2023, Anusha served as the Production Manager for "City of Angels" produced by Joshua Robson Productions at Hayes Theatre Co.

Anusha is a regular soloist for Rejoice Gospel Choir, a diverse gospel choir based in Sydney's Inner South West. Before pursuing a career in the arts, Anusha completed a Bachelor of Laws and International Studies at UNSW and worked and volunteered in the social justice sector for several years.
