Breaking tradition, Erik Blake has bought his Pennsylvanian family to celebrate Thanksgiving at his daughter’s apartment in lower Manhattan.
Over the course of the evening an intoxicating amount of alcohol is consumed, conversation frequently hits on uncomfortable topics sparking heated confrontations, and the strength of the family is tested as the night goes on. They struggle to cope with sudden, unexpected noises from upstairs, tricky cell phone reception, and the unpredictable dementia outbursts of their grandmother.
As darkness falls outside the ramshackle pre-war duplex, eerie things start to go bump in the night and the heart and horrors of the Blake clan are exposed.
