Education Bookings
ONLINE BOOKINGS
To reserve your booking, visit the relevant primary or secondary education event page, select 'Buy school tickets' and confirm the number of tickets, prices and contact details. Please note you will not be asked to pay for your booking at this stage.
Once the Box Office has reviewed your reservation, you'll receive a booking confirmation, tax invoice and 'payment due' date. It is your responsibility to forward the tax invoice to your Financial Officer for payment by the due date.
ACCESS BOOKINGS
If any member of your group has access needs, please contact the Box Office on 02 7255 1561 to book tickets.
WAIT LIST
If your preferred performance has sold out, you can add your school group to a wait list. On the event page, select 'Buy school tickets', choose the sold-out performance, and enter your booking details to reserve your place on the wait list. The Box Office will contact you if seats become available.
AMENDING YOUR BOOKING
Amendments to your booking must reach the Box Office by the 'payment due' date. Numbers cannot be altered once this date has passed.

PAYMENT
Payment must be received by the 'payment due' date or your booking will be automatically released. We accept the below payment methods:
EDConnect
If you are making payment through the Department of Education and Communities Finance Shared Services (EDConnect), your payment request must be submitted via EDConnect four weeks prior to the 'payment due' date.
Please include Seymour Centre's Vendor ID (100 114 264) when submitting your payment request.
Credit card
To pay by credit card, please contact the Box Office on 02 7255 1561.
Electronic funds transfer (EFT)
Your tax invoice will contain instructions for EFT payment.
