A symphonic vision of forgiveness and discovery, The Tempest is a reflection of the world’s most famous playwright at the height of his powers and at the end of his remarkable career.

Famous for its language, enchanting characters and breathtaking theatricality, the tempest in this play lies both within Prospero and in the contradictions and ambiguities the story investigates: freedom and slavery; lust and chastity; youth and age; revenge and forgiveness.

One of Shakespeare’s most original and personal plays, The Tempest will deeply engage your students and change their perception of Shakespeare forever.

“Brilliant...they came back with a renewed love for the play.”
