Time Flies

14 - 19 Jan 2020

Past Event

The Flying Fruit Fly Circus celebrates 40 years as Australia's world-famous national youth circus with its biggest show ever, four decades after its community beginnings as a school holiday workshop.

Created by Anni Davey, Artistic Director of the Flying Fruit Fly Circus, Time Flies is epic, joyful and gravity-defying, featuring the entire performance ensemble (aged eight to 18) performing together onstage for the first time. Expect to be amazed by the thrilling acrobatic and aerial skills of our country’s top young circus artists.

Based in Albury-Wodonga, the Flying Fruit Fly Circus has influenced the style and popularity of contemporary circus in Australia. It is Australia's only full-time circus school for aspiring acrobats aged eight to 18, famed for its heartfelt, home-grown and one-of-a-kind contemporary circus performances.

With an international reputation for excellence, its illustrious alumni perform with many of the world's most prestigious circus companies, including Cirque du Soleil.
