“You made a difficult play accessible and meaningful to students in a short space of time. I will certainly be making a booking for next year’s HSC group.”
Teacher, Marian College
Our HSC Symposium Series offers essential opportunities to deepen your student’s practical understanding through experiencing and analyzing key scenes and characters in performance.
Lecture and scene work are interspersed with expert commentary from Damien Ryan and his team while they explore famous scenes and speeches in multiple ways, open up diverse critical readings and unlock language and character. The actors will discuss the plays’ famous ambiguities and challenges and answer students’ questions.
Detailed student notes are offered in conjunction with each Symposium.
