Bold, brassy, sassy and gloriously self-depreciating, this comedic one-woman cabaret will have you toe-tapping and laughing out loud. Staring Leanne Smith, known for her roles in 9 to 5 and Boy from OZ, Bachelor Gal is a fusion of theatre, musical and cabaret, taking you on a hilarious and heartbreaking journey with a one-of-a-kind gal.
Ellen is as vulnerable as she is strong, and as self-assured as she is broken. Watch as the vodka bottle empties and she bares all, laying her busted heart out for all to see. Ride her emotional roller coaster and find out if Ellen’s happy ending turns out to be a wet dream.
Written by ‘Bartie’ award-winning playwright Adam Szudrich and directed and composed by Philip John, Bachelor Gal makes its world premiere at the Seymour Centre.
